Himadri Lahiri

Himadri Lahiri is Professor, Department of English and Culture Studies, University of Burdwan, West Bengal. He has published Asians in America: Diasporic Perspectives in Literature (2011), edited Literary Transactions in a Globalized Context: Multi-Ethnicity, Gender and the Market Place (2011). He has also co-edited Ethnic Literatures of America:Diaspora and Intercultural Studies (2005) and Indian Fiction in English: Mapping the Contemporary Landscape (2013). Besides, his articles have been published in many anthologies, and national and international journals. His areas of interest include Modern British Poetry, Diaspora Studies and Indian English Literature.
